Position Overview:

We are seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Electrician who thrives in a residential setting and enjoys working directly with customers. This is not just a technical role — we're looking for someone who can confidently present solutions, build trust with homeowners, and contribute to a strong team culture.

What You'll Do:

Perform residential electrical service, installations, and troubleshooting Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain recommended solutions Provide and present task-based pricing options Deliver an outstanding level of customer service on every call Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For:

Active Massachusetts Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) Strong residential electrical experience Experience with service-based sales/task-based pricing Comfortable discussing pricing and closing work with customers Outgoing personality - strong communication and people skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Reliable, organized, and professional
