About Us Solutions Integrative Wellness is an integrative wellness clinic in Ames, Iowa, offering advanced wellness and technology-based aesthetic services. We have an established and growing body sculpting and wellness technology program and are currently expanding our facial aesthetics and full-body skin rejuvenation services. This is not a traditional spa environment. Our clinic focuses on advanced aesthetic technologies and results-driven care rather than traditional facials or spa services. We are looking for a motivated, experienced esthetician who is excited about helping grow and shape our expanding aesthetics department. What You'll Do Perform consultations and technology-based aesthetic treatments Educate clients on treatment recommendations, skincare, and wellness-based aesthetic programs Operate advanced face and body aesthetic technologies Perform body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, tightening, and wellness-focused aesthetic treatments Help clients understand recommended treatment plans and package options Assist in growing and developing the clinic's expanding aesthetics department Maintain excellent patient care, documentation, and follow-up Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented clinic environment Ideal Candidate Licensed Esthetician in Iowa Strong knowledge of skincare, skin health, and corrective treatment approaches Comfortable learning and using advanced aesthetic technologies Interested in body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and wellness aesthetics Excited about helping grow and lead an expanding aesthetics program Confident educating clients on treatment recommendations and long-term aesthetic goals Comfortable discussing treatment plans and package options in a professional, consultative manner Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Professional, dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or technology-based aesthetic services preferred Preference given to candidates with several years of related esthetics or aesthetics experience Experience with body contouring, skin tightening, radiofrequency, red light therapy, muscle stimulation technologies, or other advanced aesthetic devices is a plus Experience recommending treatment plans, skincare products, and wellness-based aesthetic programs preferred Confidence working in a results-driven environment focused on patient outcomes and long-term client relationships Leadership mindset with interest in helping expand aesthetic services and patient offerings What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and positive clinic environment Opportunity to work with advanced technologies and expanding services Ability to help shape and grow the aesthetics department Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing wellness clinic Monthly employee allowance toward services and products, plus additional employee discounts Pay based on experience and qualifications.
