Licensed Esthetician (Minimum 3 Years Experience Required) Waxologie is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, polished Esthetician who is confident in waxing, passionate about skin, and ready to build a strong book inside a professional environment. We offer fast waxing with hard wax only, customized facials, lash lifting and tinting and airbrush spray tanning. We value efficiency, discretion, and elevated client care. We build long-term relationships, so no one is a "guest" or "customer" at Waxologie — everyone is a client. Requirements What We Need From You Active Virginia Esthetics License (an active North Carolina license is a plus) Minimum 3 year hands-on work experience (school doesn't count) Strong waxing skills (Brazilian wax experience required) Comfortable performing services on men and women Able to educate clients, confidently recommend aftercare and retail Professional, punctual, trust worthy, confident, motivated, goal oriented, and can work independently and with a team What You'll Be Doing Maintaining a clean, organized treatment room by following Waxologie's protocols Full body waxing (using hard wax only) with speed and precision (includes Brazilian's) Custom facials (includes chemical peels, light therapy and microdermabrasion) Salon opening and closing duties, and light daily operations Lash lifting and tinting Airbrush spray tanning Compensation Structure First 90 days: $14/hour base pay + service gratuities 15% commission on services performed by you 5% commission on retail products sold by you This period allows you to learn and integrate into our systems, build your books, demonstrate skill level, learn client experience standards and Waxologie's protocols.
