Licensed Financial Services Associate - In Office Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Licensed Financial Services Associate to join our team as a Licensed Client Service Specialist. The primary function of this role is to support experienced financial advisors with a large client base and a diverse array of business inquiries. This role is integral to our day-to-day client operations. Your expertise will help our firm navigate clients' needs by partnering with advisors to ensure timely and accurate service by combining administrative precision with strong interpersonal skills. This position requires appropriate FINRA and State registrations including Series 7 and series 63, 65, 66. Main Responsibilities for the position include: Client New Business Processing Client Service Account Maintenance Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Database Maintenance Taking Unsolicited Orders from Clients Handle Checks, Money Transfers and Financial Transactions Assist with account management Service client requests Research and Paperwork Compliance Logs and Procedures Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work with Databases & Financial Software CRM experience Strong Communication Skills - written and verbal Strong Attention to Details Skills Strong Organization and Problem-solving abilities Excellent Time Management Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors and clients Business Mix for the position includes: Investment Advisory and Brokerage business Qualified Plans Annuities & Life Insurance Applicants with the following qualifications may be shown preference: CFP 3+ years of Experience Working in Financial Services Industry Applicants that have experience with the following systems may be shown preference:

Job Type:

Full-time Salary commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience. Salary range $70,000 - 85,000 and potential bonus.
