Licensed Full-Time Physical Therapist, Home Health

Rocky Mountain Care is excited to welcome a full-time Physical Therapist with a $5,000 signing bonus to serve our home health population in beautiful Blanding, Utah . Our PT will In addition to the signing bonus our pay rates are as follows: $75-$85 per visit, $50-$58 hourly, and $10 per hour for travel between homes At Rocky Mountain Care, we believe exceptional outcomes come from patient-centered, evidence-based care . Our outpatient clinics are structured to give therapists the time they need to deliver quality treatment—without unrealistic productivity expectations. We do not schedule 15-minute visits or overbook clinicians, allowing space for thorough evaluations, education, and hands-on care. Position Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will: Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pre- and post-natal conditions, and post-surgical recovery Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic health and orthopedic techniques Educate patients on anatomy, posture, movement strategies, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Why Join Rocky Mountain Care?
