Our goal is to empower our clients with the facts about their property and to educate them on maintenance opportunities. Our team works on both residential and commercial properties throughout the East Coast region. Requirements Licensure:

Valid Licensed Home Inspector in Maryland or Virginia.

Experience:

Relevant college degree or equivalent work experience.

Communication:

Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills; ability to explain observations and defects clearly in both verbal and written forms.

Technical Knowledge:

Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; good knowledge of basic principles of physics.

Soft Skills:

Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, effective time management, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Professionalism:

A proactive mindset, persistence, and a willingness to go the distance to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial property inspections according to company guidelines. Capture high-quality photos and videos of the property and all identified defects. Prepare detailed property inspection reports with comments, observations, and repair recommendations. Participate in company-designated training. Engage in marketing efforts targeting the general public, real estate professionals, and insurance companies. Preferred Skills Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Certified Residential Inspector / Certified Commercial Inspector Certified Radon Tester Certified Indoor Air Quality Inspector Certified Mold Inspector Compensation Competitive compensation package based on qualifications, experience, and performance.

Structure:

Base Salary + Commission + Bonus.
