Position Requirements:

Must be available to work 4-5 days per week Must hold a valid massage therapy license A brief hands-on practical evaluation (approximately 10-15 minutes) will be required during the interview process We are a wellness-focused spa looking for a reliable and professional therapist who is passionate about growth and committed to building a long-term career with our team as the business continues to grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay is commission-based per client Commission starts at 15% and can increase up to 25% depending on the service provided Therapists keep 100% of their tips 401(k) plan available If you are dependable, motivated, and interested in growing with a supportive spa environment, we would love to hear from you.
