In this role, you'll work closely with our Chiropractors and Clinical Assistants to deliver personalized, therapeutic treatments that help patients recover faster, move better, and feel their best. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both male and female clients and can adapt their approach to meet individual needs in a professional, ethical, and compassionate manner. This role is commission-based. What You'll Do Perform detailed assessments to develop personalized massage therapy plans Provide a range of techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy Collaborate with our Chiropractic team to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate treatment records and patient progress notes Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and at-home recovery methods Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient comfort Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Licensed Massage Therapist (Texas) — required CPR certification — recommended Comfortable working with both male and female clients - Required Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal function Proficient in multiple massage modalities Compassionate communicator who thrives in a team environment Motivated, adaptable, and committed to continued growth
