Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our professional team in providing exceptional patient care and wellness services. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal results Educate patients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to promote long-term wellness Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical history in compliance with healthcare standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients experiencing chronic pain or injury recovery Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients, adhering to health and safety regulations Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology and anatomy knowledge Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service and customer care within a medical or med spa setting preferred Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage Excellent patient assessment skills to customize treatments effectively Knowledge of occupational health principles to support client recovery and wellness goals Previous med spa experience is highly desirable but not mandatory Exceptional communication skills with a focus on compassionate customer service and client satisfaction This position offers an engaging opportunity for licensed massage therapists committed to enhancing patient health through skilled therapy techniques.
