Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal results Educate clients on pain management strategies, post-treatment care, and wellness practices Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with medical professionals and staff to coordinate care for patients with complex or chronic conditions Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and addressing client concerns promptly Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology and anatomy knowledge to continually enhance your skills Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform effective treatment approaches Expertise in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively Familiarity with pain management principles and patient assessment procedures Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced settin Must be able to work on Saturdays Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for healing meets your commitment to exceptional patient care.
