Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and pain Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and tailor treatments accordingly Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans Educate clients on self-care techniques and occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive patient care Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and medical spa environments preferred Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Prior experience with occupational health or med spa services is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference!
