Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel their best while contributing to a positive and uplifting spa experience. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing health benefits. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety standards. Document treatment details accurately in client records for ongoing care continuity. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and spa protocols to enhance service quality. Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in patient assessment and understanding of pain management strategies. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities. Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience in customer service within a med spa or wellness setting is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively within occupational health environments or medical settings. Previous med spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with specialized treatments and client care standards. Pay:

$30.00 - $80.00 per hour
