Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing wellness team. This position is ideal for a motivated therapist looking for flexibility—whether you prefer suite rental independence or hourly employment. We welcome therapists who are passionate about patient care, wellness, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary clinic. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs Perform client intakes, assessments, and treatment planning Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and treatment benefits Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space Document sessions per clinic standards (for hourly employees) Collaborate with medspa and wellness providers as needed Qualifications Active Licensed Massage Therapist credential in good standing Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and client-focused Experience in a medspa or wellness setting preferred, but not required
