We're not a high-turnover spa constantly cycling through therapists. Many of our team members have been with us for years because we've built a positive, supportive environment with steady clientele, strong teamwork, and management that genuinely cares about the people here. We're a membership-based spa, which means our therapists stay consistently booked with returning clients instead of constantly starting from scratch. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals, allowing our therapists to build strong long-term relationships and maintain steady schedules. We focus on quality bodywork and client experience rather than high-pressure sales tactics. We're looking for someone who is skilled, dependable, kind, low ego, and enjoys being part of a team that works hard while keeping the environment positive and drama-free. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a motivated new graduate, we care just as much about attitude, professionalism, and willingness to grow as we do experience.
