About Us Heavens Touch Spa & Wellness is a full-service day spa in Culpeper, Virginia, built on the belief that healing through touch is a calling. We offer a range of services including therapeutic massage, esthetic treatments, acupuncture, body therapies, and passive wellness options such as halotherapy and sauna. Founded in 2016, we have spent nearly a decade building a community-centered practice where clients return for years. We hold a reputation in our community that was earned one relationship at a time. Our clients are active adults, retired professionals, healthcare workers, and community leaders who invest in their wellness consistently and trust their providers deeply. The Opportunity We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is genuinely passionate about therapeutic bodywork and ready to serve a loyal, established clientele. This person should be familiar with working with a team of collaborative service providers. This is a role for someone who shows up with skill, heart, consistency and who finds meaning in the work. What You'll Do Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services including deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, and specialty modalities Conduct thorough client intake assessments and adjust pressure and technique throughout each session Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment room Communicate professionally and consistently with the front desk and fellow providers Support the forward-booking culture, offering clients their next appointment before they leave Represent the values and standards of Heavens Touch in every client interaction What were looking for You hold a current Virginia LMT license (or are fully licensed and in process of transfer) You bring genuine care for your clients You are reliable, professional, and communicative You show up consistently, prepared, and on time You are comfortable serving a diverse clientele of all ages, genders, and body types Experience with lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, hot stone, cupping, or other specialty modalities is a plus but not required What We Offer Full-time anticipated pay: $40,000-$75,000, depending on experience.

Part-time anticipated pay:

$20,000-$40,000, depending on experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's savings plan (401(k)) after 3 years of employment.
