We are expanding and looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in the Medicare and retirement planning industry. We work exclusively in the T65 Medicare market and specialize in Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and protection-based packaging strategies designed to improve client retention, coverage quality, and long-term advisor revenue. This is not a traditional insurance sales role where agents are expected to buy leads or cold call all day. We invest heavily into marketing, advertising, systems, and appointment generation so our advisors can focus on running appointments, helping clients, and building long-term books of business. Our clients come to us . Training Program → Full Advisor Track New hires begin in a structured 90 day training cycle that includes: Modest base pay Commissions on sales Training on our systems to ensure success Hands-on mentorship Daily sales and Medicare training Live appointment experience System and product education After successful completion of training, advisors transition into the
Full Advisor Position:
Higher payouts Share in renewal revenue Exclusively company-generated appointments placed directly on your calendar No cold calling No lead buying No door knocking Your job as a full advisor is to show up prepared, run appointments professionally, follow the system, and help clients make informed Medicare decisions.
