Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide mental health services to children, teens and adults within our creative clinical team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, teens & adults in the surrounding community with anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and adjustments to family dynamics and/or school environments. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy, art thearpy and/or Play Therapy to individuals and groups in our new office space Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, medical records review, and care management Ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining detailed records of patient progress using CPT coding and ICD coding systems. Ability to work independently and professionally Proven experience working with children, teens, or education environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, DBT and/or person-centered care Strong skills in patient assessment, individual psychotherapy, psychotherapy techniques, and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Pay:

$55.00 - $63.00 per hour
