A respected skilled nursing facility in the Hudson Falls, NY area is seeking a dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to take the lead in driving operations, team performance, and quality care. Compensation:

$150,000 - $185,000 annually (DOE)

What You'll Do:

Direct day-to-day facility operations and overall performance Lead and support department heads across clinical and support services Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Build and retain a strong, engaged team culture Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency Maintain a visible leadership presence within the facility

What We're Looking For:

Active New York LNHA license Experience leading a skilled nursing or long-term care facility Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
