Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility specializing in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory impairments Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, social workers, and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely Maintain effective communication with residents' families to promote transparency and trust Monitor resident safety and wellbeing through regular assessments and quality assurance audits Lead efforts in community engagement, marketing, and building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations Requirements Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent certification Proven experience in nursing home management or senior care leadership, including assisted living or retirement home settings Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support programs Demonstrated ability to develop care plans tailored to individual resident needs Strong management skills with supervisory experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with home & community care practices and group home operations Financial acumen related to budgeting, billing, and resource allocation in long-term care environments Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social work is a plus Join us in leading a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through innovative care solutions. $96,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
