Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

The Carrington Nursing Center, located in Starkville, MS, is a 60-bed skilled nursing center seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in long term care and a compassionate approach for resident oriented care.

Duties include:

Overall operations Leadership Management of resident, family and employee needs, Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations Complying with company policy Financial management Quality assurance Business development goals Maximization of revenue, Family relations Resident care In addition, responsible for attracting and retaining top performing talented team members as well as the supervision and career coaching of existing team members on staff.

Qualifications:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience Proven leadership and interpersonal skills Proven history of successful surveys and customer satisfaction
