Job Description
Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking a strong, dynamic, and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. About the Role As the LNHA, you will serve as the executive leader of the facility, responsible for overall operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality of care. You will partner closely with clinical leadership, including the Director of Nursing, as well as regional support teams to ensure the facility operates at a high standard.
