Fitness for Health is hiring full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists for its state-of-the-art outpatient clinic in Rockville, MD. About Fitness for Health Fitness for Health is an innovative therapeutic and performance facility dedicated to helping children and young adults maximize their potential. The clinic blends therapy, movement science, and fun using high-tech exergaming equipment, athletic training tools, and advanced sensory-motor development systems. Therapists who join this team consistently say they have never worked in a more dynamic or innovative setting. About the Role Your time will be split between two areas. Approximately 80% of your caseload will be pediatric occupational therapy, serving children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and genetic disorders, motor delays, orthopedic needs, learning differences, and more. The remaining 20% will focus on Advanced Motor Development, where you will coach and train gross motor skills using exergaming systems, athletic training tools, and sensory-motor equipment for both pediatric and adult and senior clients. You will also work with pediatric and adolescent athletes on return-to-play conditioning and movement retraining. Dedicated time is built into your schedule for documentation, parent communication, and treatment planning. Schedule The clinic is open seven days per week. Full-time schedules run approximately 36 hours per week and follow one of two tracks: Sunday through Thursday from 10am to 7pm, or Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm. One weekend day is required for full-time staff, with weekend shifts ending by 2:00pm to 3:00pm so you can still enjoy your day. Part-time candidates with flexible schedules are also encouraged to apply. Compensation $75,000 to $90,000 or more depending on experience, discipline, and qualifications. Benefits Health insurance. Experience in gross motor development, motor learning, or sensory-motor training. Background working with pediatrics, neurodivergent children, or developmental populations is a plus. High-energy, creative, and outgoing personality with the ability to work one weekend day. New graduates will be considered for candidates comfortable working with some independence.
