We are seeking a motivated, organized, and leadership-driven individual to oversee daily optical operations, support staff management, and help maintain an exceptional patient experience across our expanding locations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow long-term within a modern, fast-growing healthcare practice. Responsibilities Oversee daily office and optical operations Manage scheduling, workflow efficiency, and staff coordination Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff training Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain office professionalism Manage optical sales, inventory, frame ordering, and vendor communication Verify insurance eligibility and perform billing for major plans including VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, IEHP, and medical insurance plans Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally Support operational consistency between Redlands and Eastvale offices Collaborate closely with providers to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction Assist with administrative and growth-related projects as the role evolves Qualifications Current Licensed Optician certification preferred Prior management or leadership experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of optical workflows, insurance billing, and patient service Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Spanish-speaking is a plus Growth Opportunity This position has significant opportunity for advancement as the practice continues to expand.
