Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) Consultant Divinity Wellness Ontario, CA Job Details Contract $55 - $60 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification Care documentation Assisting with ADLs Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description Looking for a motivated, engaged , compassionate, licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for PRN consultant work within the Ontario / Chino hills area. This independent contract position works directly with individuals in their congregate living homes. In partnership with the lead physical therapist consultant, the licensed physical therapy assistant will provide wellness exercise activity focused on functional status, activities of daily living, independent living skills, fine motor coordination, home safety recommendations, adaptive equipment training, strengthening and maintaining general strength and mobility. The physical therapy assistant will ensure that the wellness consultation plan is followed, performing activities aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's wellbeing, and monitoring the residents's progress. The successful candidate will also collaborate with supported living center staff ( nurse, direct support professionals, house administrator) to enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being for residents. This position allows for flexible hours, efficient documentation, setting your own schedule, stability of hours, and working as a part of a caring team to provide compassionate care to individuals that will benefit from your care!
