This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings—including inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health environments, and orthopedic or geriatric care—delivering personalized physiotherapy services that make a real difference. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with licensed therapists to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient conditions and implementing treatment plans with enthusiasm and precision. Conduct therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and mobility. Provide exceptional patient care by guiding patients through exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety during therapy sessions. Apply your physiology and anatomy knowledge to support patients across various populations—including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and those in acute or outpatient settings. Support discharge planning processes by preparing patients for continued care at home or in other facilities. Document patient progress accurately in medical records while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines during all therapy activities. Skills Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and treatment. Proven experience in inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facility, home health, or clinic settings—especially within orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or acute care environments. Skilled in performing trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to relieve pain and improve function. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse patient populations. Knowledge of physiotherapy best practices including care plans, discharge planning, and documentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs and setting requirements.
