Licensed Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service plumbing and be proficient in various plumbing techniques. This role involves working on residential homes, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with local codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform remodeling tasks that involve plumbing modifications and upgrades. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for the installation of pipes and fixtures. Utilize pipe threading tools and welding techniques for pipe connections. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Provide maintenance person services as needed, addressing various maintenance tasks beyond plumbing. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing is essential, with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. Experience in remodeling projects, showcasing versatility in handling diverse plumbing tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively, ensuring personal safety and compliance with safety standards.
