Licensed Practical Nurse

Monadnock Family Services Description:

The LPN is a member of the Health Services Team and is responsible for supporting medical providers and clients with medication renewals, documentation, medication injections, outreach calls, triage as appropriate, referrals to community providers, providing a range of treatments including psychosocial rehabilitation, and participating in team meetings and collaboration. Some travel may be required to other MFS facilities.

Must be NH licensed as an LPN At least one year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting preferred Skills and competence to establish trusting relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illness and respect for clients' rights and personal preferences in treatment are essential The ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in a team environment is essential Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which the team operates All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
