Newfane Health and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support resident care and daily clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident status and report changes Provide direct resident care under RN supervision Maintain accurate documentation Support unit workflow and care standards
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in New York Long-term care experience preferred Team-oriented and dependable IND456
