Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule:

Facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Weekend and holiday are required.

Rotating schedule:

3 twelve-hour shifts one week and 4 twelve-hour shifts the following week.

Responsibilities:

Assist 3 clients with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, shaving, bed making, and related care tasks. Check and record vital signs, height, weight, fluid intake/output, and report changes in clients' conditions. Provide trach care including changing the inner cannula, changing trach straps, suctioning as needed (oral, trach opening, and deep suction), and managing humidification/HME support. Assist with G-tube care, suprapubic catheter care, nebulizer treatments, blood sugar checks, and insulin administration as required. Administer medications to individuals residing in the home as assigned. Work collaboratively with NWCS staff in the home during all shifts.

Pay:
