Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position

Schedule:

Night Shift; three, 12-hour shifts Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care for long-term care and swing bed residents, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, document patient status, and ensure quality, compassionate care.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse must have an unrestricted license experience in Long-term care or swing bed preferred ​BLS certification required upon hire About the
