Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care across diverse medical settings, including long-term care, assisted living, acute care, and community health environments. This role involves performing clinical assessments, administering medications, supporting patient comfort, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology and documentation, and a commitment to delivering respectful and comprehensive care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Days Duration:
13 Weeks Guaranteed hours: 48 Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform care plans. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, wound suturing, and sterile processing. Manage patient documentation accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients' conditions closely in various settings such as hospital units, nursing homes, or outpatient clinics; respond promptly to emergent situations. Support discharge planning by providing education on medication management, mobility aids like Hoyer lifts, and post-care instructions. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Engage in infection control practices and maintain aseptic techniques during all clinical procedures. Assist with specialized care needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice support, or pediatric assessments as required. Participate in ongoing training related to critical care (ICU/Level I Trauma Center experience), trauma management, or emergency medicine. Requirements 2+ Years of Experience
