Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a 13-week long-term care assignment. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to residents while supporting a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

Hour Shifts Weekly Hours:

Weeks Start Date:
June 8, 2026 Requirements Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Kansas or compact state license Current BLS certification preferred Minimum of 1 year of LTC, skilled nursing, or related nursing experience preferred Strong patient assessment and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Assist with development and implementation of patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety Follow infection control guidelines, safety standards, and facility policies Support a positive and compassionate care environment for residents and families

$1,550.00 - $1,650.00 per week
