7p-730am (Full Time or Part Time) PRN shifts are available!!!! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Elba, AL LPN Pay Rate:
$27/hr.-$32.27/hr.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes or concerns to nursing staff, and collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to promote patients' independence and comfort Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and quality care standards Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with latest clinical practices and guidelines
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays How to
