As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving. What You'll Do Support chronic condition management Provide first aid and medication administration Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans Document care and communicate with school teams Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment What We're Looking For Active LPN License CPR certification

Required:

Pediatric experience, trach/vent management, VNS, g-tube feeding management, diabetic management, o2 monitoring, med pass, epi pen, diastat, catherization
