PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM

• 11:00

PM Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and support to residents Administer medications and monitor health status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care Educate residents and families about care plans and health management

Qualifications:
