Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Provide hands-on care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors each day! Join Valley Care and Rehab, a CMS 5-Star, AHCA Bronze Quality Aware winner, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and deliver compassionate care in a supportive skilled nursing facility. We value teamwork, professional growth, and creating a safe, friendly environment for residents and staff alike.
Shifts Available:
PM:
2:15PM-10:45PM, every other weekend/holiday
Compensation & Benefits:
$31.54-$42.45/hr DOE Paid training, shift differentials, referral bonuses Employer-paid health insurance, dental, life insurance, company-funded HSA contribution, 401k match, PTO Casual positions available for students
Role Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care and support to residents Work with RN team to maintain compliance and care standards Communicate with families regarding resident care Participate in education and training initiatives
Qualifications:
Current Minnesota LPN license Positive, compassionate attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to meet physical demands of the role
