Service Areas:

Ocala, Gainesville, Lake City, Webster, Summerfield, Wildwood, Ocklawaha, Lady Lake, Eustis, Minneola What You'll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care based on the plan of care and physician orders Care for medically complex patients with G-tubes, BiPAPs, CPAPs, tracheostomies (trachs), and/or ventilators , ensuring safe management and monitoring of respiratory and nutritional support equipment Document clinical and progress notes accurately Teach patients and families self-care techniques, including proper use and care of medical equipment Perform preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures Monitor and report changes in patient condition Participate in care conferences with the healthcare team Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies

Qualifications:
