Our program combines clinical excellence with a calm, supportive healing environment. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing clinical team as we launch one of Nashville's newest recovery programs. This role is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful work in behavioral health, addiction medicine, detox, psychiatric, or residential treatment settings . Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification and residential stabilization. LPNs collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, medical providers, therapists, and behavioral health staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patients experiencing withdrawal symptoms Perform nursing assessments and vital sign monitoring Document care and observations within EMR system Identify and report medical or behavioral concerns Support detoxification protocols and patient stabilization Maintain patient safety and therapeutic environment Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team communication Respond appropriately to medical or behavioral emergencies Required Qualifications Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Experience in detox, behavioral health, psychiatric, addiction medicine, correctional healthcare, or acute care preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Schedule Availability We are hiring for: Full-Time LPN Part-Time
