Multiple Shifts Available:

We have 12 hour day shifts (6-6) available for a nurse seeking a career. The purpose of the LPN position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team facilitating quality care, guided by residents' individualized service plans, Facility policies and procedures, and State and Federal guidelines. Specific Duties Follow physicians' orders, treatments, and resident service plan approaches. Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Nursing &/or Unit Resident Care Manager Administer medications and treatments. Complete medical and behavioral observations as required. Work and coordinate with all team members to meet resident's needs. Assist other staff assisting residents, as needed. Work independently, while prioritizing duties and responsibilities, taking on additional assignments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness with documentation, and demonstrating the ability to problem solve. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from others. Perform other duties as assigned.
