Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support.

This includes tasks such as:

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

A minimum of one year of LPN experience (Hospice experience is preferred but not required). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
