This role will also help drive our psychological assessment and testing services. We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals better understand how they think, learn, perform, and thrive — particularly in high-achieving, high-performance environments. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, relationally warm, culturally responsive, and excited to help shape the future psychology within a multidisciplinary sport and performance organization. At Premier, we work with athletes, performers, teams, and organizations at all levels — from youth and collegiate athletics to professional sports and corporate leadership. Our team includes licensed psychologists, counselors, mental performance consultants, and organizational consultants who collaborate closely to support the whole person. What You'll Do This role is a blend of psychological assessment, clinical care, and performance-focused support within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. You will lead comprehensive psychological evaluations with a primary focus on: ADHD Learning disorders Executive functioning Neurodevelopmental concerns Performance-related cognitive and emotional factors In addition to assessment work, you will also provide clinical services to clients, which may include individual therapy, performance-focused counseling, and ongoing support for athletes, performers, performance, academic, relational, or life challenges. You will also have the opportunity to: Supervise trainees or postdoctoral residents Participate in workshops and educational presentations Integrate performance psychology into assessment and clinical work Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical culture Help shape innovative approaches to supporting athletes and high performers both clinically and developmentally Who You Are A thoughtful and highly skilled clinician Passionate about assessment and diagnostic clarity Organized and efficient without sacrificing quality Excellent at translating complex findings into meaningful guidance Comfortable collaborating across disciplines Excited by innovation, growth, and building something impactful
Qualifications Required:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Licensed Psychologist (or license eligible) in Minnesota Strong training and competency in psychological assessment Experience conducting ADHD and learning disability evaluations Strong report writing and communication skills Commitment to culturally responsive carePreferred:
Sport psychology or sports medicine experience (not required) Interest in performance psychology Experience supervising trainees CMPC certification (or interest in pursuing) Why Premier?
