Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join a correctional facility in Leavenworth, KS. The role involves providing comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and clinical assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention services Monitor inmates in segregation or special housing units Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Participate in treatment planning and case review meetings

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution Active & unrestricted Kansas psychology license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in a similar setting) Must be 18 years or older

Preferred:

Experience in correctional or detention settings VB_
