Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor for Clinical Team Confidential Nottingham, MD 21236 Full-time Full-time Clinical team member needed for SUD treatment program with both residential and outpatient services. Counselors work intensively one-on-one with a small caseload and facilitate a few groups a week, depending on skill-set and preferences. Small (5-6) multi-disciplinary clinical team collaborates daily on best treatment options for each client. We are expanding and want you to be a part of our growth. We are looking for creative thinkers and empathetic clinicians with new ideas and strong treatment planning and documentation skills. Relationships with patients tend to be long-term, 6-monhs or more. We are constantly evolving and improving the structure of the residential and outpatient programs to increase our client's chances of long term success. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible and adaptive. The candidate will also have to be detailed oriented, compassionate, and a good team player. This is in-person. Must be licensed
