Licensed Termite Inspector (Branch 3)/Applicator !!!Hiring Bonus!!!!!

Branch 3 Inspectors East Valley Termite is currently looking for proactive and responsible individuals to join our team. Valid Branch 3 Field Representative License is required. Construction background is a PLUS , but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone hardworking, presentable, friendly, honest, professional and has good time management, along with a good eye for detail. You must be well spoken, written and be able to communicate with our customers on our services. Job Duties but not limited to: - Performing inspections at commercial and residential structures to identify visible evidence of wood destroying pest and organisms including but not limited to fungus, dry rot, termite and beetles. You will also be inspecting to identify conditions which might lead to cause these infestations and infections.

• Issue a written detailed Wood Destroying Pest and Organisms Inspection Report in accordance to the Structural Pest Control Board.
• Verbally communicate to customer's (on site and/or over the phone) which includes answering questions, explaining conditions noted and recommendations for correction. At times you will be responsible for managing and resolving concerns and complaints or inconsistencies.
• Meet with work crews (construction and/or chemical applicators) to review work in progress, inspect for potential further damage issuing supplemental reports if necessary and performing quality control checks on final work.
• You will be responsible for maintaining company vehicle/gas card is provided. Physical Requirements but not limited to:
• Walking, squatting, bending, twisting, lifting and climbing ladders, reaching, using a probing device to probe wood members at body level and above shoulder height. May need to use binoculars to view impractical reachable areas.
• You will be required to crawl subareas of properties being inspected.

This requires that you are comfortable with tight spaces.

Requirements:

Clean DMV and clear criminal background, you must be able to pass a live scan and drug panel.
