RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following: Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions Conduct therapy sessions with clients Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment Complete session notes promptly

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed and/or Associate Therapist committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid California BBS number Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software

Preferred:

2+ year experience as a licensed therapist Supervision experience Spanish Speaking
