Licensed Title Agent/Closer

Duties Review and verify and prepare all closing documents, including title commitments, settlement statements, and loan paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, attorneys, and clients to schedule closings and gather necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant federal and state laws. Prepare and review escrow instructions, and loan documents for accuracy before closing. Execute closings efficiently using basic math skills, 10-key typing proficiency, and attention to detail while maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications Valid license as a Title Agent/Closer with proven experience in mortgage or real estate closings.-We will provide training and help to get you licensed. Strong knowledge of underwriting procedures. Familiarity with contracts, escrow procedures. Excellent math skills including basic calculations necessary for settlement statements and escrow accounts. Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient document processing. Ability to interpret legal documents accurately while adhering to compliance standards.
