VCA Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center of Westbury, is growing and to better support the pets and people in our community we are in search of a licensed veterinary technician (or licensed eligible) to be a part of our growing ER/ICU hospital team!

Compensation:

$31

• $37 / hour based on skill set, and licensure status (LVT)

ER Licensed Veterinary Technician Duties:

Procedural anesthesia monitoring Ability to calculate drug doses Full Technician Skill Utilization Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams Venipuncture / IVC placement Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority) Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Providing compassionate care for all patients Imaging and advanced procedures Paid on-call availability VCA Total Rewards Benefits Package!
