We specialize in personalized concierge recovery care designed to help patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported during the first 24 hours following surgery. Our mission is to elevate the recovery experience through professionalism, discretion, compassion, and exceptional patient care. Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for nurses looking for: flexible scheduling, supplemental income, concierge-style patient care, one-on-one recovery support, and a more personalized care environment outside of traditional clinical settings. Assignments are scheduled based on client bookings and availability. Responsibilities Provide non-emergency post-operative wellness support Assist patients during the first 24 hours after surgery depending on the package client chose ( 8 hrs, 16 hrs or 24 hrs) Monitor patient comfort and overall well-being Assist with mobility and basic post-op needs Provide medication reminders Accompany patients during transportation to their accommodation Communicate professionally with patients, families, and surgical offices Escalate concerns appropriately if medical issues arise Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Active California LVN license CPR/BLS certification Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred Experience with post-operative recovery, plastic surgery, med spa, concierge care, or private duty care is a plus Professional, calm, and compassionate bedside manner Reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if needed
