This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with seniors and leading activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable What We're Looking For Experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving preferred Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality Ability to work independently and engage residents Why Charter?
