As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and programming that enhances the lives of our residents. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities and opportunities awaiting you: • Must Have 2-3 year in memory care management
Structure Resident Care and Programming:
Craft personalized service plans for each resident, ensuring adherence to Inspirit Senior Living standards and state regulations. Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop staffing strategies that prioritize resident well-being. Oversee resident services to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery. Champion our activities program, fostering social engagement and life skills development among residents. Work closely with leadership to attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. Lead comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Facilitate Communication and Regulatory Compliance:
Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff during transitional periods, offering support and guidance. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
Quality Assurance and Leadership:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively addressing safety concerns and implementing corrective measures. Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to care managers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.
Qualifications:
2-3 Years experience with dementia population and management/supervisory experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
